Roaches everywhere definitely put a damper on the stay, making room service feel more like room terror. The door handle barely functions, requiring creative solutions like using a knife to open it. Little annoyances, like the toilet running constantly, can really grind on you. The pool? Not operational. Despite our best efforts to keep our space tidy, the general upkeep of the hotel clearly leaves much to be desired.
